Spicy Muffins

Ingredients:
Maida: 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
Carrot: 1 pc (grated)
Baking Soda: 1/4 Tsp
Mixed Herbs: 1Tsp (Alternatively, you may add ajwain, cumin (jeera) powder, fennel (sauf) powder, coriander powder
Chilly Flakes: 1Tsp
Garlic Powder: 1Tsp (Alternatively, crushed garlic)
Salt: 1 Tsp
Grated Cheese: 1 pc
Onion and Capsicum: 1 pc each
Curd: 2-3 TbSp
Tomato: 1 pc (pureed)
Milk: 25-35 ml or 3-4 Tbsp
Oil: 2 Tsp
Baking Time: 20-25 minutes at 200 Degrees

In a bowl, add maida, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.

In another bowl, first goes curd.

Then, mixed herbs.

Then chilly flakes

Then garlic powder.

Then oil.

Salt.

Pureed tomato

To this mixture, add onion and capsicum.

and grated carrot.

Mix.

Add this to the maida in the other bowl.

Milk goes in next.

The mixture looks ready.

Preheat the oven till the cups get readied.

Grated cheese at the last.

and into the oven for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, the muffins are ready to be taken out of the oven.
