Puri for Pani Puri

  1. For the Puris, we need 1 cup of Rawa, 2 tbsp of  Maida, a pinch of soda, and salt to taste; I’m using two different shapes of cutters for cutting out the puris.

  3. Adding all the ingredients to a deep bowl and kneading it into a soft smooth dough.

    Tip:

Use few drops of water in small quantities to knead. We do not want our dough to be sticky or very loose.
