Another delicious and savory bread to go with all times. A great snack, breakfast or even a lunch if teamed with cheese and veggies. To this recipe that I put in, you may also add some sun-dried tomatoes and some extra masala to suit your taste and make it the way you want!

Maida/ Plain flour: 1 1/2 cup
Yeast: 1 Tsp
Mixed Herbs: 2 Tsps
Garlic Powder or crushed garlic: 1 Tsp
Red Chili powder: 1 Tsp or more if you like it hotter
Olive oil: 2 Tsps
Olives: 4-5
Sugar: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1 Tsp or to taste
Water: to knead a soft dough
Butter: for brushing the bread after it is ready

Baking Time: 30 minutes at 160 degrees

1. In a bowl, knead maida into a soft dough by adding proofed yeast, mixed herbs, olive oil, chili powder. Proof the dough for 30-45 minutes.




2. Once the dough has proofed, you may either book fold it or simply shape it the way I have. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.


3. Focaccia is ready! The olives as topping give it a nice tangy flavor. You may add more if you want. Place on a wire rack to cool and brush some butter over it while it is still hot.
