Cheese biscuits are very simple to make and are extremely tasty. I am demonstrating the recipe here. Hope you enjoy this!
Maida: 100 gms
Butter: 60 gms
Cheese Powder: 2 Tbsp
Powdered sugar: 40 gms
Baking powder: 1/4th tsp
Milk: 2 Tbsp
Baking Time: 20-25 minutes 180 degrees
Take Maida, baking powder and cheese powder in a bowl for mixing and keep aside.
In another bowl, mix butter, powdered sugar and milk with help of a beater.
Once the mixture becomes creamy, add contents from the maida bowl to it. It is important to fold it lightly and not use a beater here.
It will be a soft dough.
Taking some maida on the platform, place the dough on it for shaping.
I used a heart shaped cutter. You may also shape it circular using your hands, if you don’t want to use a cutter.
Place the cut-outs on the baking tray and place in pre-heated oven.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once baked, place the biscuits on a rack for cooling.
Ready to be enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee! Isn’t that simple!
