In this recipe, I present to you a very simple version of making the famous and the dreaded chocolate Walnut Brownie. I have tried to depict this dessert in very simple steps and hope it tempts you to try it out at home. Let me know how it turned out. Have a great time!
Nankhatai is a sweet snack and loved by many. One reason to avoid this snack is that it is too rich in fat. There’s a lot of ghee and butter that goes into the making of nankhatai. However, this does not deter me from having this amazing sweet snack which just melts into the mouth.

Easy, delicious and low on time-consumption: defines this recipe. You can make it as an accompaniment for the morning breakfast or for a kitty party. Your friends are going to love this and so will the kids.
With Diwali around the corner, it seems there’s a sweetness in the air! Nothing beats the festive spirit of Diwali. I thought to begin the festivity with a simple sweet dish: Jalebi. My favorite of all. Trust me, once you have had the homemade Jalebis, you will never like the outside ones. I do not like to add any artificial food color to it, neither any essences to the sugar syrup. You are going to be loved for this simple yet yum recipe.
Pav Bhaji is an integral part of the Indian Street food and is probably the most ordered dish at a fast food restaurant; well, at least in Mumbai. 🙂 My last recipe was for the Pav; now, here comes its partner: the bhaji. 😀
Banana Bread is a moist bread, more like a cake. It is a very good snack and also something which is quite filling when you are looking for a quick bite; and of course, is great to taste. With a lot of banana bread recipes with egg, I wanted to try an eggless one for myself as I am a vegetarian (though not strictly vegetarian). Moreover, I try to replace maida (plain flour) with whole wheat where I can. Here, too, I have used whole wheat flour instead of Maida. It barely makes any difference to the taste, in this case at least. Very easy to make and does not require too many ingredients, either. Try it..:)
Ever imagined, how many more things one can prepare out of the cream: Paneer(cottage cheese), Ghee (Clarified butter), Makkhan (butter) and Mawa (Solidified Milk). In this recipe, I have shown how to make ghee and mawa. 🙂
I just can’t begin to describe how happy it makes me to bake the Shrewsbury. I simply call it the ‘king of cookies’ as I feel nothing beats the taste and it is simply irresistible. From the neighborhood kids, my friends to my family, everyone just loves the Shrewsbury biscuits. Hope you enjoy baking this, too.
For all of you who love desserts and especially apple pies, here is the recipe for the same. The aroma of cinnamon, with an outstanding taste of apples with honey will make it difficult for you to wait for the baking time. It is a super comfort food for me and I can have it any time of the day. This was on my list since long and finally, got a chance. Hope you love it, too!
